Sergio Mora is Performance Artist who in his work challenges himself against physical and mental limitations to create an experience in which a direct and emotional response is felt by the audience. In his solo works he rarely uses anything more than his body, the surrounding space and minimal objects and media. His work explores various themes through the lenses of culture, society and individual experience. Common themes in his work are ritual, archetypes, gender-roles, the shadow side of the human psyche and social commentary as protest art.
