Yoga & Meditation
Private sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of each client utilizing a combination of breath work, asana (movement) meditation, sounding, and bodywork. Privates can be done at your home, a private healing studio located in Hollywood, FL, or at a local park or beach to allow fresh air and nature to be incorporated into the practice.

Sergio Mora is a yoga teacher committed to helping individuals cultivate a strong personal yoga practice. He specializes in offering private customized yoga and bodywork sessions and working with beginners who are new to yoga. Coaching for self-esteem, weight loss, and nutritional planning are also available.
Sergio Mora completed his yoga teacher certification at I Love Yoga Studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and received his Reiki training from Reiki Master Rev. Hari Gobind Kaur. He teaches weekly classes for I Love Yoga as well as offers classes for community centers and populations in rehab and recovery. Sergio is honored to have taught as a guest teacher at Recovery First center in Davie, Florida and Camillus House in Miami, Miami Florida.
